Delivery & Returns


We aim to send all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. If there are likely to be any delays, we will email you. An email will be sent telling you when the order will be dispatched. PLEASE CHECK SPAM IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE.

After a number of issues over the past few months, all orders are now sent on a traceable service.

Orders under 2kg and classed as a ' Small Parcel ' or under by Royal Mail, are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. You will be sent your tracking number when your items have left us and are on their way to you.

All other parcels will be sent by Courier, which can take 3 to 5 working days - although usually quicker. Delivery is attempted 3 times then returned. Extra postage will be needed to resend.

Postage is calculated by weight as you add to the basket.
However, there will be a maximum postage cost of £9.70 and a minimum cost of £1.75 for UK only orders.

Unless the Item or Items are damaged on delivery, any returns are paid for by the Customer.

Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, the Isle of Man and the Shetlands may incur an extra charge, you will be contacted for this.  


Orders outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail / your countries postal service on  a traceable service up to 1.5kg. Over this weight we will use DPD. You will be sent the tracking number when your items have left us.


If the package is damaged and it is ' signed for ' please note ' damaged ' or ' not inspected ' where you sign. Please keep all wrapping and packaging. Please let us know as soon as possible what the damage is. We can then decide the best course of action. Rest assured you will not be out of pocket.

If you require recorded or special delivery, please email and we will let you know the extra costs involved.


We advise checking with Customs if you are importing goods into your country, as there may be a import duty to pay. Spirit Earth are NOT responsible for this duty. We can not send Athames outside of the UK.


We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this seven working day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.This policy applies to customers in the UK and European Union.This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:(a) we receive the returned product within seven working days following the date of delivery of the product;(b) the returned product is unused, in its original packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.
Returns Procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must Contact Spirit Earth by email, letter or telephone indicating your intention and reason to return the product. 
Upon agreement by Spirit Earth, you will be given permission to return the product to our warehouse. In some cases, we may ask for photographic evidence of damage rather than asking for the product to be returned but this is at the sole discretion of Spirit Earth. Products returned under this policy must be sent by a method requiring a receiving signature from us to:

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy unless the goods were received damaged.


The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(a) Food, drink and any other products liable to deteriorate within the period set out in Section 1 and 2 above;

(b) DVDs, CDs and other audio or video or audio-visual recordings;

(c) Computer software (whether on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or otherwise);

(d) Newspapers, periodicals, magazines or similar products;

(e) Toiletries and cosmetics;

(f) Any product made to your specification;

(g) Any product made to order;

(h) Any product personalised or adapted for you;

(i) Gift vouchers.


We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy including the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us. The cost of return post is only returned to you if the return was made in line with our returns procedure and the reason for the return was because of damage.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase but that is not always possible.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.

Improper Returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a) We will not refund or exchange the product.

(b) We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional charges we may have incurred including for re-delivery.
