Best used in blends for burning or lotions and creams rather than direct massage, though careful and well thought out massage with pine can be very beneficial.
The powerful and overwhelming aroma needs to be used in moderation for best effect. As with all essential oils we do not recommend use of pine Essential oil during pregnancy.
